Bugs

My apartment was infested with ants...and all the management could tell me was "buy raid." They go out of their way to rip you off at every turn. The door locks automatically, and they charge you 50$ to let you back in. Laundry Machines constantly eat your change...and the general upkeep is poor. THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS! STAY AWAY!

Management treats you subhuman

You are just a number to these people. I never actually stayed there. I was quite insulted by them rejecting my credit application and then giving me the run-around. What they do is charge you $40 for a background check that takes them $3 to do. They do that an ungodly number of times a day. The funny thing is that I found a much better and cheaper place down the street, but even funnier is that I am buying an apartment.

Managment was horrible.

I lived here a few years back. Managment was very unprofessional and rude. My car was broken into while in the garage that has no surveillance cameras. The apartment was filthy when I moved in and they were scamers when it came to my security deposit when I moved out. The location is great, I'll give them that.

Bad and unethical management, No safety and Unhygienic

I have lived there for sometime. Man..... they are cold and very unprofessional people. Trinity Plaza building which is managed by Trinity Management Services is not a hygienic place to live. The apartments have cancer causing lead paint throughout, lifts are broken all the time, and windows of tenant's cars are broken in all the time. On top of everything the management and staff is so uncooperative and just unethical in the way they work. There are several cars been broken-in but they don't even want to put on a camera to monitor. The elevators most of the time have expired state seal and they are most of the time not working. Don't go far, even their maintenance people don't like the Trinity management. Try locking yourself out after 6pm and you will be paying $50 to have the onsite person unlock (with duplicate keys he always carries), or be sleeping outside till next morning, when the office opens. Highly NOT recommended by the tenants who lived there. Anybody who is giving such positive reviews is just their own employee or something.

great Views

The service is just fantastic! I am sooo sad to leave! The views are just breathtaking! Very heartbroken to leave the beautiful apartment. I really left my heart in San Francisco at 2000 Broadway!
